All inspections at this time will be placed on hold, unless the building meets the definition as stated by the Governor, of an “essential facility”. There are several projects under construction that meet these requirements and will be able to schedule inspection as normal by calling 509-477-3675.
Residential inspections will be on hold as well per the Governor’s order, there may be certain items that can be done remotely but those will be case-by-case and addressed accordingly.
Online permitting is currently limited to Fire, Mechanical, Plumbing, Roofing, Siding, Windows, Single Family Residence - NEW CONSTRUCTION ONLY, Duplex - NEW CONSTRUCTION ONLY, and Multiple Use Permits (pre-approved plans for specific builders only). ALL OTHER PERMIT TYPES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY MAIL OR FAX UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
